I am currently writing two novels that take place in a universe I call Inherited.
THE WORLD OF INHERITED
This world is a dystopia that takes place in the future following climate collapse, and resource outages.
The population declines at an incredible rate, and infertility sweeps the nation, making the youngest known generation in their late teens.
There is a harshly drawn line between those who receive favor from the government, The Supremacy, and those who don't, and it all amounts to whether or not they have a special bracelet around their wrists.
What makes this setting unique? It's not the dystopian world that sets it apart, but the plot's movement. Each POV is unreliable, and from the outset, the reader is in the head of someone anxious, depressed, irritated, drunk, or irked because they'd just gotten injured. The narration is internalized. And yet, the characters will still keep crucial things from the readers that they know will come with a revelation.
These dystopian novels are not action first. They put you in the life and situation of any of these characters and the emotions they experience as they survive.

The Age of Spring
The Age of Spring is an ongoing dystopian webfiction trilogy.
This character focused series takes place in The World of Inherited.
Multiple POV features characters within two different rebellion factions, Supremacy, and ordinary citizens.
The decisions each character makes forwards the plot, emotions and characterization.
Basic Summary:
A group of young rebels set a fire to an unknown building, and the city erupts in commotion, stirred from the smoke and the violent actions against non-Supremacy.
This action not only leaves the rebels in a state of despair and regret, but it gives the Supremacy a way to break the treaty that has kept the small encampment of Amal safe from their intervention.
